With so many vendors selling Greek paraphernalia, you really never know who to patronize. You walk around hoping to spot that one thing that is different, yet appealing to your taste. While being selective about which vendor to support, there were two qualities that drew me to Joyce, her welcoming greeting and genuine smile. After the point of greeting Joyce, I felt comfortable enough to browse through her merchandise without feeling pressured to spend, spend, spend! She engaged in friendly conversation by patiently answering any questions or concerns. Because, I was shopping for my daughter, I immediately started picking up so many different pieces! Inspite of what I wanted, Joyce took the time to look beyond the opportunity to gain monetary increase and my vulnerability to spend money and explained and showed me what she thought would best fit my daughter’s age group!
